February 2010 at our Architectural Practice
Reid Brewin Architects recently travelled to this site at La Gaude, which is north of Nice, to carry out a feasibility study for a future project. A feasibility study allows the architect to analyse a proposed site and possible project to see if it is likely to meet the requirements of the client. Such a study looks at whether the idea of the project is achievable in terms of finance as well as other technical criteria such as structure, services and planning.
