Reid Brewin Architects practice is regularly called upon by clients looking to lease new commercial premises to help them better understand their needs in terms of space, as well as to carry out preliminary studies of the suitability and benefits of the building identified.

We work alongside our clients to answer their questions and assist in the development of their future business premises in France. This may require checking with the local authorities the type of building lease and the regulations of its use (offices, commercial, private…), compliance with building standards in terms of the architecture and ERP, studying the optimisation of space, disabled access, ventilation solutions…
