It’s been a busy week for the Reid Brewin Architects’ Parisian office, as Maha Nejjar, Safa Achouri Gharsalli, Alexis Lam, Chaimae Abahaj and Ouassim Amira attended BIM World Paris.
Since 2015, BIM World has been the industry meeting place for professionals and communities using BIM and digital technology in the service of construction, real estate, and urban development.
This year’s expo took a closer look at environment, VR, and technology – with plenty of workshops, speakers, and exhibitors to inspire new ideas and attitudes for the coming months.
From meeting digital enablers to attending debates around the industry’s key issues, the BIM World event provided great insight into how we might implement sustainability in construction while pushing forward vital digital transformation.
We spoke to the likes of Autodesk, Eurostudio, BIM Track, and BIM & CO, as well as Enscape, SimpleBIM, Fieldwire, WiseBIM, SOC Informatique, and BatiRIM during the two-day event – and came back to the office with lots of ideas to bring to fruition.
It was great to meet so many like-minded individuals, and finally make a return to in-person events.
