April 2011 at our Architectural Practice
Reid Brewin Architects are delighted to announce that they are now certified 1SO 14001:2004. This has been achieved in collaboration with ICMS and LRQA. This certification reinforces our commitment to reducing the environmental impact made through our daily working practices. Reid Brewin Architects’ key environmental targets are:
- Reduce our energy consumption – by keeping a record of our energy use we aim to highlight areas where savings can be made and to switch to sustainable energy providers whenever possible;
- Reduce our consumption of paper – by sending documents in electronic formats, recording our paper usage and by using recycled paper;
- Consider carefully our purchasing and try to choose products that have as low an environmental impact as possible.
