Design of a new Data centre in Abidjan
Recently, we worked alongside a French company in the telecommunications sector to design a data center project in Ivory Coast. Our scope included working with a consulting firm to formalise precise specifications allowing our client to realease a tender process and then build the project using local contractors.
Our key asset on this project was our ability to work to French and Ivorian architectural standards. We put forward a project that combined these different approaches but also accounted for multicultural teams with different expectations and goals that can be quite different sometimes: a French client with many local stakeholders.
