Hôtel Le Beauvallon – refurbishment

Reid Brewin Architects provide architectural advice, administrative assistance and bilingual support

Hôtel Le Beauvallon

Beauvallon Hotel

The owners of the Beauvallon Hotel at Ste Maxime asked Reid Brewin Architects to become involved with the extensive renovation and contemporary redesign project for their luxury hotel. Key points to consider in this ambitious project are with regards to the building’s history, as the Club House is a listed building and also the proximity of the hotel to the Bay of Saint-Tropez. The hotel is therefore subject to scrupulous controls and inspection by the various authorities.
As part of the mission, Reid Brewin Architects practice has been appointed to assist the project team and complete the architectural programme, giving both architectural advice and administrative assistance. The key part of our involvement is to work with ABF (Architects Bâtiment de France – the official architects employed by the Department of Culture and Environment to oversee the conservation of protected monuments and the national heritage).

Our ability in being able to manage architectural projects in both French and English was another factor for our engagement in the collaboration.
